Recipe for 40 ounce carafe. 65 grams of medium-course ground coffee. 2 liters (34 oz) water at 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop stick/Spoon, something to stir with. Step 1 Preheat carafe by filling carafe with 1 liter of hot water. Wait 30 seconds then discard water. Step 2 Add 65 grams of coffee.  Step 3 Add 200 ml of water. Stir 10 times. Wait 30 seconds.
